Need help because I can't find the social treasure chests. I usually find one white whale or one Royal Navy convoy location every day.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong on finding social chests please guide me to their locations someone Im on a ps4 i should mention that I have collected every collectable in single player and need just 2 social chests & 1 social convoy to to receive the Achiever in multiplayer. eastern time 10:15pm thx
