It did take me over 3 days to find social chest , after the patch 1.05 was released witch have fixed the social events .
In that time I fund plenty royal convoys and White Whales , but chests are much rare and hard to find .

And look for the thread dedicated to your platform, you'll occasionally find folks who'll post coordinates to all types of social events, including social chests. You can also request people to add you on uplay and whatever console you play on so that any social events they stumble upon will be shared with you. I'm sure you're aware that social events do expire so check regularly.

I'm on xbox360 and I can't find any social chests if you have the times that they appear and where that would be very helpful thanks

I found a chest just now on 360, it's at 406,815. Don't know how much time is left since I looted it right away, lol.

Are social events shareable through all consoles? I'll accept all requests, playing on PS3. Is it recommended to send requests through Uplay or PSN/Live?
