    Ultimate Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013 list of Activities Classes and Workouts :)

    I have created this new thread so we do not have to scroll through bunches of posts to access this most awesome spreadsheet.
    Check out the link below for a comprehensive list, and I believe one-of-a-kind of all 'Activities' ... 'Classes' ... and 'Workouts' for Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2013.

    The link will bring you to the Summary tab of the spreadsheet then there are 3 other tabs... one for Activities, Classes, and Workouts.

I was curious enough to try it though. The most amazing thing about the Muse is that it really works.. All in all, it is an interesting device and it does work to help you calm down or reduce stress levels and improve focus..
