    Promo Code Not Working

    Hello,

    I've tried 5 times now to submit my request for help to this problem to ubisoft customer support, but the web page won't let me actually submit the question ... it just directs me to FAQs that don't actually fix the problem and then presents me with two buttons: Problem Solved (which it isn't) or Submit Question (which doesn't work to actually submit my question ... clicking does nothing).

    Here's my problem. I have a promo code to redeem Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon ... which I received from iBuyPower when I bought a new computer recently. When I try to redeem the coupon promo code, I get an "invalid promo code" error message. I'm just trying to figure out how to redeem the promo code to download the game.

    Ubisoft customer support, can you help? Also, please don't just redirect me to the ubisoft customer support link that isn't working -- I would not appreciate getting a digital stiff arm in this way after I already explained how the customer support page won't let me submit my question in the first place. Otherwise, I wouldn't be doing this through this forum.

    Hi,

    Normally there would be instructions on how to redeem the code - on the voucher?

    You would normally visit a website [which may vary due to the offer /retailer] and enter the code for exchange into a discount code for the game - you can then enter at the check out when you purchase the game from the Uplay shop - www.uplay.com

    OR

    It maybe a discount code - which you just enter at the check out at the play shop.


    There are a few ways to use the code - however the retailer should have told you how - if it's not written on the leaflet.


    You may need to contact support directly to solve this, if the retailer is not helping - since they are the only ones able to do that - so please try clearing your internet cache or using a different browser.

    I'm sorry - but the forums are not a replacement for doing this - since we have no access to the codes / your account to check what has happened.

    Far cry 4 problem no support

    I am facing same problem .. i cant submit question to ubi portal.

    i have purchased the Limited Edition version of Far Cry 4 WITH leaflets containing codes for Hurk’s Redemption
    wHEN I REDEEMED IT SHOWED VALID AND TRY TO DOWNLOAD 108KB SIZE FILE WHICH INTERRUPTED. nOW WHEN I am entering again getting an error message saying your code is not valid.
