In normal RPG game I would went out and proceeded to kill some respawned monsters to the time when I was strong enough and could return and be successful. Here there is no chance for my improving in this situation. I have quite little money I have only 6 food max and must go back to Sorpigal very very often which is bothering very much, potions are relatively expensive, there is no alchemy, no collecting herbs and making potions, there is the only shop in Sorpigal when I can buy only several potions at one moment and for big money, there is no chance to buy more scrolls Burning Determination which is the only effective thing against gettiing stunned from Gralkor and so on. I would like to know what exactly did people all the time who tested this game in Beta version. I think I will go to play something else. I am tired from roaming through empty world.
This is a complete load of crap. I played through the whole game on warrior for first time playing. With a subpar set of classes. Shield guard/Shaman/Paladin/bladedancer. I didn't even up the magics of the shaman/paladin until the very end of the game. Didn't get fire magic on any of the classes at all and didnt bother with magics/skills that couldn't be increased past expert. The game is excessively easy and short. The only thing i even had a problem with whatsoever was the Fire Elemental for the Forge of Heroes quest and only because he constantly spams 200+ dmg fireballs in warrior (taunt n such dont stop it). Completed the game with all optional quests completed, even the odd grandmaster quests in less than 2 months of 'in-game time'. Just an fyi 1month+ is from the arcane discipline GM quest. The whole fun of the old MM games was seeing how strong you could make your characters. With no respawn there is just not enough reason to keep playing the game. The games too short for there to be no respawn. I loved the DLC because it very challenging compared to the actual game but even that was too short. The knocking puzzle was more challenging than actually fighting your way out. Only fight that was rough on the way out was the room with 2 inquisitors which i had to pull them to a narrow corridor so only 1 came at a time.
