    suport?

So I have been trying to go threw support about the mouse in Far Cry being crap, But their support will not actually let me submit the ticket (F N cute). So now I go to the forums with the question if this is a known issue why is it not fixed? Do I really need to down load a third party software to fix it?
I have a naga razer mouse that works great in other games. In this game though with the way every thing is slow to catch up with my movement the game sucks. Why do they have such a stupid delay any way?

Please be sure that there are no programs or overlay systems that are running while launching and playing the game. Please check your Mouse Properties to see if it was altered. If it continues, please try using a different mouse temporarily to see if it helps. Please check for drivers that may be available for the device. If you continue to have this issue, please try clearing the browser's cookie and cache and try submitting a ticket again. If it continues, please try the phone listing here: http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/InternationalSupport.aspx . Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry, is this a joke? The mouse delay is a known issue. I found multiple posts on it on multiple forums. That's how I found the only "fix" for it right now is to basically hack your game and change your settings within the code. But hey thanks for some lame "sounds like your problem" insight of stuff any moron should have already tried.

Please keep in mind that support will go over some basic solutions first, and if they aren't helpful, you can escalate your ticket and they can offer further assistance.

Also, I recommend you don't call anyone on on this forum, member or staff, a moron in the future. You'll find your account temporarily suspended. Insults aren't tolerated here.

@ EvilPixieGrrr: Re-read the person's post you replied to. Then, offer up YOUR apology to them. Their statement was: Thanks for offering suggestions any moron should have tried before contacting Support etc. (Implying that even the dumbest of your customers would have tried the several things offered as suggestions BEFORE coming here or contacting support.) Your post is out of line, antagonistic and uncalled for. Your reaction gives the original post more merit rather than detract from it as was your intention. Where I come from we call your actions bullying.

I recommend for the future you stick to HELPING people with their issues and CAREFULLY reading what they have to say instead of admonishing them and being dead wrong. Leave replies to posts you don't understand/read correctly to someone who actually has some semblance of interpersonal skills. Or is it Policy on this forum to alienate your customer base and give partial (IE: useless) answers to legitimate questions?
