    Why can't I save my !@#$%^Y&'ing game?!?!?!?!

    Why isn't this friggin' game saving?!?!? The butterfly gun save animation is not complete. That tells me it';sa not saving...

    WHY?!?!?!?!

    I'm extremely pissed. I spent good money on this game and all the DLC, my first Ubisoft purchase on the PC... Now I can't save the gfame...

    If someone can't help me solve this (every other game I buy works just fine) I expect a refund. Your software is not working on a system that works perfectly fine.

    And of course, there's no forum posts that actually explain how to fix it, just a post saying to submit a complaint or whatever...

    This is extremely disappointing... If it can't be fixed I want my money back and I'll be sure NEVER to buy from Ubisoft again...

    I've played this game on friends machines and it's an excellent game...

    This sounds like a weird problem and if you can't save your game then i see no reason to buy the game... I hope the dev will fix your problem.

    I have the same problem. The folder where the games are saved gets updated with the data files but when I restart the game I am at the start again. Can't load saved games because it doesn't seem to find them. My Uplay profile shows that I have achievements so the info must be stored on their server but the game always starts from the beginning!!!? Great game but WTF I can't play it. Haven't had such frustration with a game since Dead Island - same deal. Had to give up playing it because it wouldn't save my progress.....

    Hi, sorry to hear you're having a problem saving.

    Have you tried opening a ticket with Support? I highly recommend you do!

    That is so cute, nothing like apologizing for nothing...

    I say nothing because that is exactly what support is offering as a fix to this issue. I called in took well over a hour with waiting and actually trying to address the issue...To be told...

    "Umm, well the Devs have obviously not thought this is game breaking enough to offer any answer for, despite numerous people having this issue.". "Best you can do is keep checking with us from time to time, and maybe the Dev's will maybe address this....".

    I was also told by a employee..."Umm the game has been out for more than 2 years, you can't honestly expect us to keep supporting it".

    2 years? And this was from a actual employee.

    I am sorry it is nice they offer phone support. But when the answers are..."You're F-ed" and we do not have to support such a "OLD" game. I can assure you this is not how you do business.

    So thanks for being a kiss arse...It is about as helpful as your companies need to release games, then decide right after that you no longer need to support them.
