I'd like to know too, is it included already in game? Under "Overview" -> "DLC" it gives an option to purchase some bonus pack, but like AC3 did for the longest time, the link leads to the front page of the shop. I pre ordered two weeks ago directly through the Uplay Shop.

Hi,

Any pre-order bonuses - should come in code form - you should have a special code to enter into the game, to unlock the content.

Please check your emails to see if it's there.

You should also contact support - if not - www.support.ubi.com

I am checking for the locations of the bonus content - which should also be listed on the support site, if available.

No extra codes anywhere. I have two emails, one verifying my purchase on Jan 3rd, and one from yesterday stating the game is now available. Which included the main game key. Thanks for your help. I submitted a support ticket.

If you wish to check if the content is already unlocked: The ammo upgrades slots are automatically equipped - +5 bullets, +5 poison darts, + 2 berserk darts, + 2 smoke bombs.

The sword and dagger are available in the game shops and cost 0 money


Needless to say - you need to be able to access the store etc to check, so might need you playing some of the game to access them!

I can't activate my pre-order key, it keeps telling me I already own the game, so now I'm screwed out of getting the voodoo pack.

Oh and even better, I tried adding a support question at support.ubi.com and it just keeps telling me this: "We are encountering a technical issue with the page you are trying to view."
...great, so now I can't get my pre-order bonus and I can't get support.

I activated my key this afternoon, and now if I try again it tells me the key has already been used, so clearly it was accepted. Two keys in fact, one for the game, one for the bonus pack. None of the items are in game, including the extra darts, etc.

Techical issue when trying to send a ticket? I've had that happen almost every time, ever! Not sent a ticket yet for this issue but..

I've activated the pre-order bonus via the uplay client. Of course that means that it cannot be activated in-game since the key is already used (already tried)

No pre-order weapons in the stores (and I'm at sequence 4), no pouch upgrades. This being on Steam/PC
