    Tried with alternate account: i only play on PC

    Alternate account worked: i have no way to test it

    Standalone Uplay App working: yes

    Multiplayer mode NAT circle mode: it was green on public internet and red at my own internet, now i have no way to see it
    because i'm 24h a day in limited mode.

    Uplay.com login works: yes

    ACI: yes

    Zero day issue: worked about one week, only in 2013.

    i got some replies, but nothing helps. they keep sending me to this link https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/FAQ.as...0000000eaegCAA and suggesting me things there, and nothing helps. i tried 2 different internet connections and 2 computers, and i'm always in limited mode. it's 15 days now and i'm losing any hope to be able to play this game again with the damaged copy that i bought on steam. i wouldn't mind to ask for a refund on steam and buy the retail boxed game. anyone knows if the boxed game for PC is working in multiplayer?

    Comments/Additionnal information: General description or the issue as understood based on what you did/tried. For example, steps to reproduce or description of errors when you click on "Uplay" buttons or "additionnal content" on the main menu. Always specify if you're talking about SP or MP, what you say please be specific. Did you found a workaround?

    Can't sign into servers at the main screen,Friends list is 74, nat type open. Tried deleting game and re-installing and clearing system cache an still nothing, mp still says limited mode. I heard one possible fix is getting a account confermation email sent, can't figure how to get that sent😡

    Hello, I'm encountering an issue where Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag cannot connect to the server. This is for both Single player, and Multiplayer modes. I would like to stress that every other game I play through Uplay connects just fine. Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Assassin's Creed III and Far Cry 3. I've looked at the troubleshooting steps and so far I had tried:
    - Uninstalling / Reinstalling Uplay and Assassin's Creed.
    - Disabling my firewall, locally and on the router.
    - Port forwarding. - Closing background applications.
    - Changing the DNS address.

    None of this had any impact on the connectivity of Assassin's Creed IV. All of the other games I mentioned are still working correctly. Very frustrating.

    My copy of AC4 was part of the Nvidia bundle, if that makes any difference.

    Update on my issue. It still persists, however I had my wife set up her account and it connects immediately from my computer.

    Ensure date and time settings are correct. That was my issue. I'm sure it's not everyone's problem but if you were messing with Any "bypass" methods, you'll understand. Switched back to correct time and all is well here.

    Tried with alternate account: Yes! and it worked for the alternate account, but when switching quickly back to mine it would not connect. Same with the process of going to Xbox Home switching accounts then going back into the game. Nothing has worked

    Zero day issue: For you, did it work in the past, or you have this issue since you have the game? Uplay has worked in the past for every other Assasins creed game. I had just recently finished AC3 and Uplay worked fine. AC4 just won't connect.
