My issue is "Ubisoft servers are unavailable" message.
It affect either your single player AND/OR your multiplayer. Kenway's fleet for SP and joining a multiplayer match for MP.

Multiplayer
A. Frequent disconnects during the middle of matches making you lose over 100 abstergo score.
B. Crash to home screen. This only happens on AC4 Black Flag Multiplayer. NO OTHER GAMES AND NOT SINGLE PLAYER!!!!
Also makes you lose over 100 abstergo score.
Singleplayer
A. Cannot log in to uplay from main screen.
B. Cannot view additional content from main screen.
C. Cannot log in to naval missions from within the game. (Inside the Jackdaw)
D. Cannot use AC4 Black Flag Android app.

Tried with alternate account: Did you try to access the Online features that doesn't work through another XBL or PSN account? (Like people who reports it works for their brother or their friends on the same console or with their alternate account.)
A. I have been able to access additional content and log in to uplay from the main menu with my daughters account on the same Xbox One.

A. Yes but it cannot see that I have AC4 Black Flag on either the XBOX 360 or XBOX One. It shows that I have AC3, ACR and ACB but not AC Black flag!

Group of issues. XBOX One
1. Multiplayer

Comments ^ There is a way to glitch fix all of the above issues for one game session!
Explanation:
1. The game has to be completely quit out.
2. Chose an account on XBOX One of a person that has not played AC4 Black Flag. Example: OTHER GAMER (Never played AC4)
3. Skip uplay registration.
4. You will now be on the main screen that allows the multiplayer or single player option.
Also you can choose to log in to uplay or view additional content. THIS ALL WORKS!!!
5. Go to XBOX home screen and switch account to someone who has the game and is having problems.
Example Me: TH3 F4T C0BRA (I already have played AC4)
6. Click on the windowed game AC4
7. It will ask you if you want to continue OTHER GAMER's game Answer = No
8. It will ask you to restart game Answer = Yes
9. Game restarts. Skip uplay registration.
10. TH3 F4T C0BRA can now log in to Uplay, view additional content, log in to naval missions and use the AC4 android app!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!!
11. F'ING FRUSTRATED AS ALL HELL!!!!!! When I restart the game for TH3 F4T C0BRA nothing works again and I have to go through the process above to get everything to work again!!!!!
Unlinking and relinking my account to UPLAY did nothing!!!

Not sure if this will help but i thought i better let u know that when i first started playing black flag it never asked me for my uplay passport or to verify it in any way, i just presumed it was using my old passport from previous games now it has all become free to use. Now this could be part of the problem because i have read that other people WERE prompted to verify their old passport when first starting the game. So this could be the reason why the game is not properly recognizing uplay for me, not sure but i thought it might be worth mentioning! Also, as i mentioned in my previous post i have tried logging in with a different uplay account and that did not work but i forgot to mention that i have also tried un-linking then re-linking my xbl profile which also did not work. So......is there anyway i can completely remove my uplay passport from my xbox one or from black flag so i can force the game into prompting me for a new one when i load it up again?? If so i am willing to give this a shot because i have tried absolutely everything else now and as a completionist this is driving me nuts!! Cheers!
I'd just like to add that there is a solution here that may help those of us who are below the 99+ friends threshold.
I have had it confirmed that this also works for the Xbox 360 but i have no idea if there is an issue with the amount of friends you have, like there is for PSN, that will still cause problems afterwards.

Ahh the update finally worked for me. HOWEVER: one piece is still missing. My game is linked to my uPlay account, yet my AC Legacy won't update; i.e. I can't run around in Altair or ezio's robes, or have the Independent costume for the Rebel online. Kinda depressing cause Altair's robes and the Independent costumes were my fave![]()

Just a heads up guys i just tried TH3 F4T C0BRA's glitch fix mentioned in his post above and it worked for me. In my single player my wi-fi signal in the bottom left hand corner of the screen is now white !! So for me being logged into my uplay account is what is causing all my problems, basically using the glitch to bypass me signing into uplay is now allowing me to connect to the ubisoft servers!! All i can say to you guys at ubisoft is have a good look at TH3 F4T C0BRA's glitch fix method because you should be able to work out what is going wrong from what he is saying! THIS METHOD WORKS!!

Comments/Additionnal information:When the game launches it takes a few minutes to say connecting to servers but never gives an error until I actually attempt to access something on the main menu such as Uplay or Additional Content.
The above glitch worked for me using my another working account. I used an account that had uplay though so I never got the registration notice but it still worked switching profiles within the game as above

I noted it takes a long time to log into UPlay at the beginning to check for my addons like my Passport. It does appear to log in, gather the information stating ti found my passport and then it loads ths main screen. At this point the UPlay panel reads Launch, not Log in. When I click it to launch it tries to Log in and fails.
