Is there a mod or console command i can use to force the game to change the weather and make it rain

It does rain after around 45 minutes - it takes a long while but it does rain

Definitely nowhere near enough rain or storms

It's a tropical island and it's always sunny - look at the background picture for this site ------>

That doesn't look like sunny all the time sort of weather

If there was a mod or file to change that would do the following, I would be very grateful:

a) more likelihood of rain/thunderstorms
b) darker nights

The weather and day/night cycle of FC2 was close to perfect and if it could be replicated in FC3 that would be brilliant
