Heroes V serial number not working on UPLAY | Forums

Hi there ,

I just bought the Might & Magic Heroes Collection (includes all the games from 1 to 5) but i have serial number only for Heroes V and add-ons and when i try to insert the serial number in UPLAY its saying its not available. What its going on? I want my Heroes V on UPLAY and all the others , what i must do for that?

This is awsome , i tried to submit a ticket and here what i got :

So i cant submit a ticket , well in this case i demand a refund , i want a response now.

Looks like at Ubisoft nothing functional its the word of the day everyday.
