Take regular breaks.
I anchor my pinky on the pickguard, but don't have this problem.
However, I broke my left (fretting) wrist last year, and it starts to get sore after a few songs. Usually, I can stretch it out between songs, but after playing for a while, I have to get up and walk away for a few minutes.

To the OP. Planting your fingers like that is not really good technique anyway. You pretty much want your hand down near the bridge and ideally with no fingers touching the guitar, you want the had to "float". At most maybe plant your pinky on the top of the guitar near the bridge to steady it, but no more than that. Eventually, yes you will find it useful to play over various areas in order to get certain tonal effects, but it's best now you concentrate on keeping your hand near the bridge.
