Ideas for some parts of The Division

Ok so here are some of my ideas that I think would make the Division better when it comes to next gen realism and immersing the player into his character, and they would just be pretty cool features that maybe more game devs could introduce to their games.

The equipment you have on you: it would be great if you could see all the equipment that you have with you actually physically on you, an example of that would be a gas mask or ammo. The gas mask could be hooked to the bag like we do see in the trailer, but then ammo on your body, magazines being held on your persons and you could physically see them on your character and when he reloads you see him take that mag and put the empty one away. Also with things such as the remote mine that rolled up to a guy if you could see your character take it out of his go-bag that would be so cool and realistic.

Guns: if you could put individual attachments on your gun and then take them off again that would be great, but you don't lose them when you take them off, you keep everything unless you want to trade. Also if your gun was actually connected to you with a harness/strap that would be ultra cool, and only being able to equip one rifle/primary weapon at a time and then having a small sidearm such as an mp7 or mp9 or pistol, instead of two rifles. The ability to collapse and open folding stocks when you are out in the field to suit your situation. An example of that would be the mp7, when the stock is collapsed it is better in close quarters but when folded out its better at range. The ability to carry two sidearms over a rifle and a sidearm, example would be the mp7 and a pistol.

Enemies: the enemies shouldn't change when you level up, they should remain constant throughout the game but with different variants, example would be smaller less organised groups of enemies would be lightly armed with standard weapons, but then have more advanced enemies, maybe some groups would have more numbers and some might be better armed than others or some might wear heavy body armour, and some groups could use different tactics, thug groups could be straight forward shoot at you until they kill you but others might try to flank you or lure you out. But the difficulty of the enemies should remain constant and all enemy groups should stay the same. You could sector off areas where certain groups are more prominent.

Customization: character customizing is something i loove to see in games as long as it is done well, but a lot of game do not deliver on this. The Division has the chance to become a leader among rpg games for character customizing, given that it is set in modern day new york, so the clothing the player has should be vast, being able to select individual items such as gloves, shoes, tshirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, balaclavas, etc.

These are just some of the ideas I have had, sorry I did not go into much detail
some feedback from anyone would be appreciated
    Thanks

I disagree with this one. I think the enemies should be different levels in different parts of the world we play in. The ones you listed up front (smaller less organized lightly armed) would obviously be the low level enemies and the heavier armored well versed in tactics and intelligent enemies would be the harder ones. I think just giving dumb AI more armor and bigger weapons doesn't help what so ever. The skill is what matters and in order for the game to be realistic I think there should be a clear difference. The groups that successfully take police stations and such should obviously be more challenging than the groups of enemies that rob a home. Bad guys who can do more impressive things should be harder to kill, it's realistic that way. If the world did go to ****, there would be some sort of bad guy hierarchy and the strongest would have the best gear because they either had the strength or intelligence to take it (or a combination of both) so the Division should try to mimic this.

Besides that I agree with your other points.

That is what i was trying to get out, I didn't mean keep them the same level of intelligence, i meant that when you are a level 10 you can be fighting the same enemies at the same difficulty as a level 20, the enemies stay the same throughout. But different enemies are around, thugs would be the guys with less armour that just shoot at you while the more intelligent enemies wear better armour and use better gear and better tactics.
i just believe that enemies shouldn't level up with your character like in other games such as too human and diablo 3 , when you are level 30 all the enemies are level 30. But this shouldn't happen in the division.
we are two sides of the same coin, i just didn't specify clearly the point i was trying to make

Ah ok then I agree. I think there is a video somewhere where Ryan Barnard says something along those lines.

They will pick back up this weekend. New information will be rolling in with the gameplay or trailer from VGX. This will spark new threads, new ideas, and activity. There's always a lull in activity before new content is released.

Read my post in the debs Q&A section. If you really want your ideas to reach them that is what you do.
