me and a friend have problems with the group system with Assassins creed 4 on the Xbox one it is practically unusable, the abstergo service, when some one buys a bonus it doesn't work at all basically its a big waste of money, we also completed the discovery mode of wolf-pack and the achievement did not unlock and our rank and score have reset multiple times basically this is the biggest problem besides the achievement not unlocking

I have encountered all you mention except of the level reset. I just bought the 3 day pack for the Abstergo Plus and haven't received anything from it :/

EDIT: So, my game crashed and after restarting it, I was greeted with the notification of all the items I unlocked. I think I was reset in the MP but I cannot check because my game will NOT load past the Loading Save Data screen. I have submitted a support ticket but this is beginning to worry me. i JUST prestiged in the MP no more than an hour ago.

If you long press start over your game and the home and select quit it might solve this problem. I know a problem I have had with other games is that the automatic playback always loads the same thing so if there is a problem it will never get past it. Pressing quit restarts the disc and may fix it.

Still didn't work me. Had to uninstall it and now it isn't even installing. I keep getting an error

@MasterGuard08: It might be a console issue. I received a report from Microsoft about something similar...
Try this workaround: First disconnect the console from the network, then install the game. When the game is installed reconnect the console to the network and install the patch.

I was able to reinstall it no problem. However, when i am in the multiplayer portion of the game, the saving game icon constantly appears and if I restart the game, I get hung up at the Loading Saved Data screen until I restart my hardware. But whenever I go back into multiplayer, I am greeted with the same problem again.

EDIT: Just tried launching the game again, and loaded back into the MP portion, however I am still seeing the content saving gave icon on the bottom center of the screen.
