So I redeemed the code and installed the dlc, however the Black Island is not marked on my map. I see no BI on the map. I know where the island is suppose to be via the guide book and attempted to just sail there on my on, but I was met with a de-synchronization warning. I have passed the Sequence 3 requirement and am just over halfway through the game.
What is the deal? Is there someone you need to talk to first?

If you have redeemed the code, you should have had a pop up notice saying it was unlocked.
If you still can't find the mission island - please contact support - have your code ready, since they may need to verify it.

Sadly Mr Shade I was only given 1 code... there's a piece of paper (like a mini manual booklet) inside the game case. It has 1 code, I used that to activate the game. There are no other codes on that booklet. I even looked inside the CD folders (on the CDs themselves) still no luck :| (already submitted a ticket about this issue) Thought I gave the Order # (well gamestop order #) So should I be contacting GameStop about this issue then?
Ive opened a support ticket before posting this thread, no contact back as of yet. The first link does not help due to the island not being marked on the map and it being inaccessible by simply sailing there. My copy had two codes in it. One for the game to play multiplayer and what not (passport). The other code was for the black island download.
