Page 27 shows that DLC for Consoles and PCs will be coming for:
- Splinter Cell Blacklist
- Far Cry 3
- Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag
No specifics given.
Also: Blacklist sales currently confirmed at just under 2 mil units, like we estimated.

Great news Shadow, guess the sales figures are better than some think. In fact it could be more like 2.25 mill when you factor in the digital download PC copies that aren't counted. I seem to recal Conviction grossed about 3 mill total, and this one's still not been out very long.
Maybe it's helping that some of us have set things straight in defending against the many exaggerated complaints about the game.
I'm hoping some of that DLC content is sp.
7 Maps are just fine. We can take our time with that amount of maps and yes, a patch for this game that actually SOLVES issues with what it is now, would also be good. I find it funny how they had years to work on it and yet they still need a lot of patching.Originally Posted by xRaDRoacHx Go to original post
Glad to see the game is selling better now.
I knew it was at least mostly because of the time of release and maybe because of the technical issues in the beginning.
Also, gamers now might be able to afford it since the prize droped a little, that'S always a good motivator.
And the people who waited to "be save" and were convinced will now also start buying.
I love that it has enough buyers, it can only be good for Ubisoft since this encourages them to go further along the route of "Evolution through the roots".
Gaining back trust is a hard process for a developer in the gaming industry.
If they continue on this path, listen to ideas and suggestions (really, if you like them, take them as they are, we give them to you for that purpose Ubisoft) and don't concentrate so much on action and explosions (I am 90% sure most buyers are Splinter Cell or at least stealth fans, so I'm all for OPTIONAL action, but keep it OPTIONAL, in order to introduce action players to this genre and keep it easy enough for them but to still be able to fully support and not turn of the core fanbase) then everything will be fine and SC7 will be even better.
Love to see the DLC plans, I hope it's mainly sp/coop DLC and 1 or 2 SvM maps. I'd love to play American Dust (if it is made like the SAR map pack) and some more Grim and Kobin Missions.
Kestrel as playable character or even 1 or 2 little coop missions for Kestrel would be awesome.
I still think that you and others here aren't getting that their subtle introduction of better combat, which includes more action and explosives without FORCING you to use them, is a big part of what has revitalized the franchise since Conviction.
You have a tendency of sounding like a fair weather fan, kicking them when you think they're down out of being the popular thing to say, then blowing smoke up their arse in an insincere way when you find it IS in fact a more popular game than you're giving it credit for.
There's always something one can find to nit pick about, but be careful what you wish for. Those little things you don't like here and there may very well be what affords them to continue the series.
Nah 7 maps are too much. But it would be great if they will release a big map pack with 5 or 6 maps... But i'm pessimist if i think about ubisoft now, and i'm thinking that they would release only 2 or 3 maps. and if there will be DLC, they MUST work on a better patch this time.Originally Posted by Darque Karasuga Go to original post
and seriously FAR CRY 3 re-emerged from the shadows, after no comments from the manager (EvilPixie) or the comdev (Vextor), the community died very fast and now nobody is playing online (you can find the max. of 2/3 games... on pc). I'm also waiting a patch for that game if they will release DLC... they must focus on the MP since is 100% garbage, including the matchmaking, the playlists (a BIG MIDDLE FINGER for the Community mappers!!!! truly loved comm. maps more than ubi's maps! too bad that those playlist sucks so bad. You can't even chose a map and only god knows who's hosting the game.)... that MP is a CoD copy... and it's even bad than CoD since it's totally broken.
