So anyone else that also have not gotten the Explorer outfit ? Even though you assassinated well over 150 enemies ? Both before the challenge was completed AND after... Anyone?

I didn't get it, but I don't really care since it's just a recolour of the original outfit

I wouldn't freek out until after the challenge officially ends tomorrow.

Well thats what Im afraid of :P When its over tomorrow and I still havent gotten it, thats it.. no outfit :/

Same to me. It gave me a congrats and you won it. I went to check and I see it locked. I assassinated over 200.

Yup, its 11th, challenge is over, and no outfit. No answer from Ubisoft why, and I guess they will never care to bother fixing it... Disappointing, I have 24/25 outfits...

please be aware, the time the challenge officially finishes - may not be your local time.. So it's possible it will unlock later today - however I am checking for you now.

I have also completed the challange on time and I received a pop up notification saying I have unlocked the outfit but it is still locked..

I have gotten the pop up notification saying I have the outfit and I did indeed had it. However, I had to delete my save game to work around a bug. I started my new save game on 11/10/2013 a day before the challenge was completed. It even still showed my score and rank in community challenge leaderboard. Yet, I still have all my Old fleet form my last save and outfits I get from other AC titles basically all my Uplay things. My outfit relocked itself though and I don't know why is it not a Uplay item should it not bleed over like my other items? I just hope there will be other chances to gain it again.
