    Can't connect to Ubisoft server in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

    Can anyone tell me why I cant connect to the Ubisoft servers?!?! Ive had this problem since launch, and I still have it!! I cant play online and I cant use the companion app, cup I cant sync my PS3 whit the my game, Ive talked to support, and ive dine what they said, I have port forwarded the ports that I had to but still nothing! Im really tierd of this ****! I did not get what I payed for! Both The multiplayer and The companion app is a big part of The game! Can someone help me!?

    same boat bro. i put in a support ticket and the lady asked for my gamertag. now i tired and deleting update and cache and redownload and launch game but didn't work. now this is for xbox. so still waiting to see what solution i get.

    Ive had the same issue since launch as well. Ive got a ticket in. Ive called support and done everything they said and still nothing. It really sucks and is at this point very ridiculous that a major company cant correct this issue and are apparently unwilling to take care of their fan base. I own all the Creed games and this is the first issue ive ever had with any of them. And to be continuously brushed off by support blows. Because of this I cant do multiplayer, cant get my pre-order bonuses, cant 100% the game, cant unlock any of the community items eg. the white whale.
    So come on Ubi fix this.

    I see a lot of people viewing these posts, does anyone have any advice? Did any of you experience any of these so called server issues and had them corrected? Thanks.

    I am having the same problem. Tried Port Forwarding, reset UPnP, Deleted Cache, Reinstall game( Xbox 360 ), Restarted Router, Changed my Email/Reconfirmed it. Nothing seems to work, and i opened a ticket but as usual, Ubisoft is not helping out. I guess the best thing to do is keep letting them know if you are having the problem until the fix it. Battlefield is having a similar problem with their Veterans program.

    I have absolutely the same problem from the beginning. I noticed that when me a moment as the fleet in the cabin Jackdaws (single) and logs your friend to AC4, so the connection is broken.I think Ubisoft covers the big problem only.

    Perhaps Ubisoft did a "GTA Online". Too many people try to log in and they don't have enough room. But at least Rockstar fixed it. I don't think the people at Ubi understand what the problem is. Or why people will stop to buy any upcomming AC title. We pay a lot for xtra material, and get nothing. That, in my book, is robbing people. "Buy a car. Oh, you won't get the engine.". S-U-X

    My problem is solved!
    Maybe it will help some of you.
    If you tried to enter a passport to another console , so try this:
    You sign in with your ID on the second console, where you have tried to enter my Uplay passport for the second time.Go to the account management and enter System PS3 deactivate.
    Then log off.
    Apply to the first console where you have entered your Uplay passport for the first time.Go to the account management System and enter the PS3 Activate.

    That's all.
