There is a whole thread about guns here:
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...n-The-Division
check it out, some good guns in there
But none about gear i think, seen one about the specific bag in the vid and concept arts(are actually different ones i belive).
Im not so sure i would go for a so completely tactical look.
i would go for more practical stuff like synthetic/wool made garments to increase the warmth factor aswell as how fast you can dry off.(dont for example like the jeans Nick seems to wear in the video)
and i would opt for a platecarrier, but in dark colors and without camo(fighting in a city) also i would not opt for a big bulky one with lots of pockets for mags and stuff, too conspicous.
im more going for blending as a civilian. even if i carry a rifle i seem less threathening to others if i dont look like a trained soldier or agent.
Alot of the other gear would be dependent on wether i have a basecamp or similar or have to lugg all my stuff around. if i have a basecamp i would carry as little as possible with me and be more flexible to carry task specific items such as an axe/grenadelauncher/tactical knife. with no basecamp i would ofcourse have a bigger backpack and carry more universal tools like a bigger knife that can work as a small axe aswell.
also gloves are a priority. have seen some huntersgloves that seem to keep you warm but still keep a good feel in the trigger finger.
not very specific i know but im not so much into the look of stuff as how practical they are. and that is especially true in this games environment.
