ive just finished my challenge after around 1 1/2 months. My new Account 'The_Enclase' has reached 1501 Elo with Level 58.

How to

I was not letting me dropdown to farm gold or something like this, i was playing completly normal.

Reaching with a normal Garant-Deck 1000 Elo with Level 7, after it i have farmed a bit with Garant and was swapping really early to Xorm. After ~Level 15 i was starting Swiss-Tournaments with an acceptable Xorm-Rush-Deck and i was also reaching 1380 Elo (highest), most of all i was between 1100-1300 with this Xorm.

I was managing it to get around 2-3 second places and 1 second place out of 6 Swiss-Tickets in the average, that means it was really worth it to farm the swisses - specially because of the 25-Swiss-Win-Achievement (VR-Box). Takes a bit, but in combination with all this HotV-Packages definitly worth it. That's why i have almost everything out of HotV (All Heroes, most of the important Unique-Spells). Later on i was switching to Seria (5/4/3), but in the current meta this deck is not longer as strong as it was a few weeks ago in my opinion.

After i was getting Song of the Lost (really late, around Level 45-48) i was switching to Sandalphon. Because some Wolf-Captains were missing, i was adding 2x Windgust into the deck - and Windgust has such a nice synergy with Geyser and Ice Splinters, so that wasn't really a big handicap. In my opinion better than iceshells as a filler, but only for me.

In the tournament this deck can also reach good results, i have farmed my last was (1440-1500) also in the JP-Tournament and could beat a lot of experienced 1500-elo-players.



Dunno if the #1 is possible, but T1 definitly.


-> After 58 levels i have a almost perfect deck and an account which is able to build a couple of T1 decks. DAs, Might of Nature and Thrones - after it almost everything is possible.


Conclusion (short)


- Play Inferno at the beginning and farm the basic cards
- Farm swisses with the rushdeck to get some nice HotV-Cards into your collection
- Reedem all the codes you can find ;-)
- Sacrifice your stuff in the pit as often as you can to be able to buy more packs (everything what you have more than 4 times, just give it away for gold)
- Switch on other decks if you are able to finish a top-deck, not before. Inferno is perfect. Can beat almost everything (with luck ) and is fast - exactly what you need to farm up
- Pay money if you wanna get everything faster, but you don't need it


Of course, i was lucky with the Paos. But for that some stuff like Banshees, DAs, Thrones and so on are missing. Overall i would say, i don't had sooo much luck with the packs, was 'normal' i guess.

i see what you did there :P .. gratz but i could say you had a higher than "normal" average from the packs... 4 paos and 3 geysers at lvl50? come on.. i had my 4th pao and 2nd geyser after lvl100 =/

2 newbie questions:

- Could you link the Xorm deck you were using ?
- What packs were you buying with gold ? (Were you buying Heroic Packs to get all the basic heroes achivement first, or were you simply buying Reinforcement packs, or maybe Emilio/VR ?)

I have a question about "Redeem all codes you can find". Considering you have endless VR pack codes (since you give them on stream), does that mean you simply got pretty much all VR collection for free? If so...well, not that hard to reach T1 when you take a whole expansion out of the question. Certainly it's not something doable for everyone, since not everyone gets hundreds (or thousands) of VR codes

Anyways, gz, it's still an achievement.

- Could you link the Xorm deck you were using ?
- What packs were you buying with gold ? (Were you buying Heroic Packs to get all the basic heroes achivement first, or were you simply buying Reinforcement packs, or maybe Emilio/VR ?)

Xorm: Just take in what is possible :P Juggernauts, Dementeds, Ravager, Succu, Manias, Lilims...Firebolts...Altars/Halls. Downrush

Packs: Starting with basics, farming HotV with Swisses and switching after a good basecollection to heropacks and vr

Of course not...I have reedemed the normal codes for everyone, a gamescom-code and my arianna-code of the ubisoft-vip-fanday. The VR-Codes are most of all for the viewers, not for me ;-)
