    Can't access Challenge mode a.k.a. 'Ubisoft servers are momentarily unavailable' PC

    I can't access the Challenges or see the Leaderboards in Rayman Legends on PC (Steam version). I keep getting the same message:"Ubisoft servers are momentarily unavailable. Please try again later" when I try to access Challenges or Leaderboards.I'm not the only one with this problem.I'm from EU.Same thing happens when I try to access My Friiends in game.When I try to access some Weekly Challenge is says that I need to be connected to the internet to access that.

    I tried following solutions:

    "Try temporarily disabling any firewalls or antivirus programs to see if you are able to connect to the servers." "Be sure these ports are open; TCP ports: 80, 13000, 13005, 13200-13999"

    I tried all of the above listed things and it didn't help.No success, these solutions don't do nothing. I still can't access Challenges, Leaderboards and see friends statistics.Same message about the servers temporarily being down appears or that one that I need to be connected to the internet.

    So, please help me with this.

    My friend has the same problem. As for me, I do can access challenges and leaderboards, but a cannot add any friends so that the game could see them... The ingame friend-list keeps showing zero even though I have a few people on the friend list in Uplay. I tried adding them directly to Uplay and from the game's leaderboards - they show up in Uplay but are not visible in the game, and I cannot compare any results with them or challenge them.
    Thus, I do not have access to any online features to play online with friends at least somehow. BTW that "multiplayer" tag on the steam store page is definitely false advertisement: multiplayer implies the ability to PLAY ONLINE...Comparing results in a leaderboard is NOT multiplayer at all. Also the requirement for the uplay account is not mentioned. Shame on you Ubi or whoever is responsible for that store page info.

    Don't use a Uplay password with special characters, only use numbers and letters. I had the same problem with AC some time ago.

    I changed the password and used only letters and numbers.It didn't help. I still have tha same problem.

    I have the same problem: in a single game you can play, in the competition - not, writes the same thing that wrote the user in the first message.

    If anyone finds a solution to the problem - email *email address removed*.
    I think developers should fix it.


    У меня такая же проблема: в одиночную игру поиграть можно, а в соревнования нельзя - пишет то же самое, что писало у пользователя в первом сообщении.

    Если кто найдёт решение проблемы - напишите на почту *email address removed*.
    Думаю, разработчики должны это поправить.

    I FOUND THE SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.

    Listen to everything for whom it is necessary.
    At me before each start of game Ubisoft Autopatch was started. I looked at Advanced in this program, saw from where there is a downloading and that is downloaded. It appeared that RaymanLegends_1.01 patch is downloaded, but for some reason it being downloaded, wasn't established.
    I downloaded it manually and established. Everything earned. Here the address, as it is possible to take it in the Ubisoft Autopatch program, having pressed the Advanced button: http://static3.ubi.com/Rayman_Legend...gends_1.01.exe

    Слушайте все, кому нужно.
    У меня перед каждым запуском игры запускался Ubisoft Autopatch. Я посмотрел Advanced в этой программе, увидел откуда идёт скачивание и что скачивается. Оказалось что скачивается патч RaymanLegends_1.01, но почему-то он скачиваясь, не устанавливался.
    Я скачал его вручную и установил. Всё заработало. Вот адрес, его так же можно взять в программе Ubisoft Autopatch, нажав на кнопку Advanced: http://static3.ubi.com/Rayman_Legend...gends_1.01.exe

    My game is already patched to that version, it was from the beginning, so I can't install that patch.So this solution doesn't work for me. And @UbiMush I've opened a ticket with Technical support 5 days ago.I've gotten a fast response to upload screenshot of the problem which I did.And also I updated the ticket several times after that with the things I've tried to do.Still no response from Technical support.So any help would be appreciated.

    With the Ubisoft server everything is all right because many people including me can play. Means a problem it is necessary to look for or in the client of game, or in a farewall of computer. Perhaps through a router ports aren't put down (if the computer connected by it).
    I incline more to a problem with the client, because when i put a patch about which I wrote above, I could start a multiplayer.

    P.S. Nevertheless try update the game by this patch. Perhaps will earn.

    (I write in English and from below in Russian (for the user of my country). I ask moderators not to delete: probably, that who doesn't know English, it will help to find the answer to a question(s))

    С сервером Ubisoft всё в порядке, потому что у многих работает, в том числе и у меня заработал. Значит проблему надо искать либо в клиенте игры, либо в фаерволе компьютера. Может, через роутер порты не проставлены (если компьютер подъсоединён через него).
    Я склоняюсь больше к проблеме с клиентом, так как поставив патч, про который я писал выше, я смог запустить мультиплеер.

    P.S. Всё же попробуй обнови свою игру этим патчем. Может, заработает.

    (Я пишу на английском и снизу на русском (для пользователя моей страны). Прошу модераторов не удалять: возможно, тем, кто не знает английский, это поможет найти ответ на вопрос(ы))

    I realize that the problem is with the client.If you read my first post in this thread, you would see that I already opened a lot of ports on my router, but that didn't help.And as I already also wrote, I can't patch the game with this patch,I tried already.It's already patched to that version, it was from the beginning.

    Anyway I got a response from Techical support.They asked me to provide aditional information, by using a tool to collect that information.I did that and updated my ticket,and now I'm waiting for them to respond again, which could take days or even weeks.Meanwhiile I still can't access chalenges and leadrboards off course, if you can call that a multiplayer portion of the game.
