So what happened? I've got the same problem, 30hrs in and today I log in and the game is as if it's the first time I ran it. Waiting for tech support to get back to me now.

How the hell can Ubisoft make such a mistake that deletes everyone save files?
Never experienced this before and I really hope they can restore them for the sake of their reputation.

Its amazing I was playing earlier today came of for some lunch, when I returned my game was back to the start, I really don't want to start all over again, please help

hiho, same here, about 30 hours of gameplay startet it and whoaaa back to square one, what the heck happenend here, kinda annoying

WTF! Uplay updated and I lost my progress as well! Checked the Save folder and there are no files. Not pleased here! Miss the days of saving my own progress!!!

Hey I got my save back, I sent a message to tech support and this morning when i fired up the game I magically had everything back.

i have no savegames more...i copy my old savegame folder in the direction..but its dont help ! ... WTF UBISOFT 100000000000 bugggssssss
