    Far Cry 3 Digital Deluxe Edition problem

    Hi,

    two days ago, I bought a copy of Far Cry 3 Digital Deluxe Edition on Steam. I've downloaded the game, it works fine etc. but I have one problem - my Digital Deluxe content doesn't appear in the game. I've tried to paste my CD-Key from steam in the Exclusive Content menu, but it says that Cd-Key has been used (obviously, I used it to activate the game on the UPlay). I've checked the Downloadable Content on Steam (Far Cry® 3 > View Downloadable Content) and it says that I own Far Cry® 3 - Digital Deluxe Content (aswell as Far Cry® 3 - Deluxe Key). Extra missions in the game doesn't appear (I've just completed the first Buck mission), no M700 Predator in stores, No early access to the Predator Bow and Type 10 Flare Gun. Can somebody help me with this issue? Thanks in advance.

    Hi, welcome to the forum. I'm sorry for the trouble you're having with the game.

    My first suggestion is to contact Steam Customer Support, they should be able to assist you with a new CD-key and assist you with the content now showing up. If they don't offer a solution for you, then you can contact Ubisoft Support and see what they can do for you.

    I have the same exact problem. I contacted support for it, but they seemed to think it was my fault until I provided all the screen shots proving I couldn't access all the DLC. I got my from amazon instead of steam.

    Same thing, bought deluxe, no content appears, contact support, support gets my cd key 2 times but still no deluxe content ...

    The issue has been on-going since the start of august, there are quite a few threads around. One example: http://steamcommunity.com/app/220240...5249463386992/ . As you can see lots of players with this problem of missing their deluxe content aswell as redeemed content on UPLAY.

    Ubisoft hasn't lifted a finger yet, most of us are in contact with support, but support will ask you for your CD-Key around their 3rd message, and after that you won't hear from them anymore. The only hope we can have is that they are at least working on it. I am considering contacting a consumer association to warn them of this, after the Heroes 6 Fiasco in may, they still haven't learned that communicating is important. I love paying extra for a "deluxe" edition and just get the regular item in the end, Ubisoft are changing the face of buisiness: Worst part is i tried phoning their support, the guy said to me: "Sorry, we are a tech support we cannot help if you are missing content." ORLY? What a joke

    LOL they tried telling me something similar, saying they couldn't help me because it was my fault for my not finding them in the game. I had to show screen captures of the guns not appearing in the shop and even the revolver with the scope in uplay won't appear in the game for me either!

    It is not just Ubisoft support that's is bad. I had a problem with a EA game a few years ago and got an email saying, Sorry you are having problems with this game on your PS3, what!!! I don't even own a PS3.

    I've got exactly the same Problem, too.
    They only asked me once for any proof of ownership as well as Screens - since then they're not answering anything.

    Well, that kind of Customer "support" or relationship is their loss, since i most cetainly won't buy anything again from Ubisoft.
    "Fool me once, ..." ok - but i will not let them fool me again.

    That's why I buy DVD versions. It comes with booklet and written keys. Only worry is wether the key contains an "0 "or an "o".
    Dlc's can only be purchased online...
