ok, I fixed it by granting admin rights to whole Conviction folder you can make this sticky so everybody else can see the solution

I have splintercell on steam but i having problems when i try to start the mission of paraguai in campaign mode
when i click for the start the instructions for the mission my game crash.

Forcing me to do alt+f4

is there someone with this problem?
