SP about 40-50 hours including story and most side content. But I will play ACIV multiple times as I do with all AC titles.

I don't play my games in chunks (except for skyrim)
I play them in wholes, I play side missions and find collectibles as they are made available, I don't wait until the main story is over to do side missions or look for feathers.
I believe the game itself will be jsut as long, but the size of the map will extend the gameplay by at least 10 hours.

Frankly, I'll finish the story and any side mission related to the main story. I could care less about collecting 500 flag that won't unlock anything nor bother playing chess or whatever...
