DLC is extra content, it should be paid for. Generally DLC is better when the developer/publisher are being paid for their efforts... However thanks to the stuff COD series has pulled in recent years with exclusive content and the like, I wont prepay for DLC ever again. They ask you to pay for something to get $10 dollars worth of savings, yet the content they sell is not worth what price they attach to it.

If DLC would not be some lame add-on with few guns, but instead something like more part`s of the game world it shouldnt be free. I don`t imagine whole US covered in game because instalation would take like 500gigs on HDD but major city`s. And events!! Like the group or organization who stands behind infection should try to attack white house and Division agents are needed to help or something like this.

whatever is released it needs to be reasonably priced.
the way ubisoft are pushing open world games, i would no be surprised if there long term objective was to cover most of north america or at least the major cities.

Definitely needs to be reasonably priced. I personally would love to see back stories. The Dev's stated everyone had "normal" jobs before the outbreak, and that we are set 3 weeks into the outbreak (According to what I have read, please forgive me if I have been misinformed) If you can choose what your job and etc. was before the outbreak I would love to see a DLC that starts day one of the outbreak and leads up to where the normal game starts. The backstories that will show just how quickly the world crumbled and will give each job (because of different location and co-workers and interactions with npc's etc.) a different point of view and could really increase the immersion and development of each person we are playing as. I would love to see the different stories people have about how their particular agent made it to those 3 weeks.

I hope they expand across the US hitting major cities and I think it would be fun to raid all the capitals

Raid the capitols? You do realise you play as one of the agents trying to restore society, and not the terrorists who planted the virus, right?
Either way, a little of me hopes that they don't stick primarily to the US, as not everyone will feel as patriotic about saving cities that they've potentially never been too. However, I'm not sure how they'd implement the SHD (or equivalent) overseas. I'm not aware of any other "emergency protocols" that could be bent to fit this scenario.

Lol I know.. What I'm saying is there would quickly be private army organizations and factions that would form and we could fight them at the state capitals and across the US

Besides maps and add another countries. I will love to see DLC's content base on the actions you have been made in the past missions or characters that you have been meeting doing your quest (quest?...lol) of solving this whole mess of pandemic world. And I would like to experience what sort of incredible events they start doing by calendar dates! Also see if this pandemic goes more viral or dangerous changing the behavior of the infected people that are infected by it.

However unlikely it might be I'd love new cities. New York is okay, but I'd love to see London, Hong Kong, or Sydney.
