This list is really, really specific... Which means Ubisoft will less likely listen, and many will disagree with your opinions. I think we should ask them to fix the basics everyone wants to see.Originally Posted by KrAzY1337 Go to original post
There is no need to quote the entire post. The sole purpose of this topic is as it is: a wishlist. There are wishes that I had wrote that actually corresponds to the community's demands, especially multiplayer that is demanded to be fixed. I really doubt that many will disagree with my wishlist. Take a look at Splinter Cell Conviction, for example, the hardcore Splinter Cell fans wanted a lot of returning features from the previous Splinter Cell games, and Ubisoft Toronto and Montreal actually listened and responded to the community by adding them back while also being open to casual players for Splinter Cell Blacklist. The community complained about Assassin's Creed 1, and Ubisoft Montreal definitely listened to the community to fix almost every single problem for the sequel Assassin's Creed II.
I may be a new member, but that dosent mean I haven't played a heck a lot of far cry in my time, a few things for reference, I agree with everything here, but I would also like melee in map editor, for fun stealth creations, snow, return of vehicles in multiplayer (More realism in harder single player modes, like gun jamming, disease, dehydration ect. I liked the fire effects but a little more destruction wouldn't hurt. Last but certainly not least( I cannot stress this enough)- especially on console. One of the things I looked foreword to the most was a (large amount of effects and details in the map editor, you improved in multiplayer, which is good but in my opinion for lack of better words people including myself enjoyed far cry 2 for its large single player editor, creating cool missions and scenarios that came to imagination for endless possibilities and enjoyment- I'm saying people enjoyed the singleplayer aspect of the editor very much, being able to create was and always will be an outstanding feature, in far cry 4 I would like to see( ai path and hostility settings, ai story and reaction settings, ( city environments with roads and cars,) written screen dialogue for your custom mission(drivable aircraft) a good example of this, and ai functionality is infamous 2 Ugc creator, where people could create a through story complete with dialogue and ai settings that not only improved the game, but also didn't take away from core player experience( as in didn't restrict any abilities - as in far cry 3s case in map editor-melee and customization. Then after creating the map you shared it for everyone else to play, which is amazing. My point is please don't leave the people who enjoyed the editor for its single player experience, out in the cold. Thank you.
thanks, you made a good listOriginally Posted by KrAzY1337 Go to original post
I would like that they get back to the FC2 health systemAs for the health system, you need to elaborate more. The health system in Far Cry 3 multiplayer and co-op is different compared to single player. I did mention that the health system from single player should carry over to multiplayer.
In SP you needed the needles for gain health.
In MP there was more or less the same health system in FC3, without any needles... You can simply gain health by removing bullets (healing animations) etc.
This is why I want the abilites on default (without the need of buy them) or have the health perks removed from abilities menu and make the health system like FC2.Also, raising the difficulty in Far Cry 3 while you, as the player, lack Jason' tattoo abilities, reduced health bars, etc. is already tough.
Great. Let's see if any other guy can suggest somethingI added more of my wishes to the list.
SureOh, and you don't mind if I add you on Steam and Xbox Live?add me.
Because in Canada they actually have internet. Unlike Ubisoft Massive, haha.Originally Posted by KrAzY1337 Go to original post
I'm generally all ok with the complete whishlist
The only points I will mention, that I really want back for SP (and MP in some way) is :
- health animations (back from FC2, they were awesome) , more of it ! more various ones (I got tired of breaking my thumb for the 12.764 th times)
- weapons degradation , I want weapons to be degraded (like when the bullets are stuck, rocket fails, etc, things that can happen in real life, the animations were amazing and that was fun, back in FC2 again) but I didn't like the weapons jamming / breaking (just my opinion, even tho if was fun)

I do like the healing system in Far Cry 2's multiplayer than Far Cry 3's multiplayer. I much prefer the player to fully heal through healing animations in multiplayer.Originally Posted by xRaDRoacHx Go to original post
If the abilities are set to default, then that defeats the purpose of character progression implemented in Far Cry 3. The health system in Far Cry 3 single player is very much like the health system in Far Cry 2, it's just that Ubisoft Montreal decided that the character progression rewards the players for leveling up. Judging how crafting medicine in Far Cry 3 is rather easy to manage due to the fact that you simply need to harvest green leaves, and you would only be able to heal two bars of health than completely until you spend your skill points on upgrading your health and healing.Originally Posted by xRaDRoacHx Go to original post

Ubisoft Massive shouldn't leave Far Cry 3's multiplayer and co-op as merely a side project, but I guess they tried to be innovative while also stripping features away.Originally Posted by FR_Player-One Go to original post
The reason why Far Cry 2 had more healing animations than Far Cry 3 was simply because the player did not move while healing, whereas in Far Cry 3, the player is always mobile even when healing. I do agree, there should be far more animations that should have been presented.
I did add the feature of weapon degradation into the list as suggested by xRaDRoacHx.
The thing is, they did fix many problems that had existed in Far Cry 2 while also introducing new features for Far Cry 3. You say Far Cry 3 was "annoying and bland", yet Far Cry 2 annoyed players with things such as malaria and was criticized for having bland missions.Originally Posted by k4Anarky2011 Go to original post
This game has been abandoned by the devs. They are working full-time on another game (The Division), and will not be adding or changing anything else in FC3.
It will be a whole new dev team that works on FC4. They will have no interest in 'fixing' anything or hearing any suggestions.
Besides, FC3 was a great success...what's there to fix?
