I have updated the wishlist, which includes the posts here from February 12th, 2014 to May 19th, 2014. I believe I have added about all wishes, ignored repeats, and merged certain wishes with similar wishes.

I also included my new wish, where players are able to swim underwater, beneath a thin layer of ice.

KrAzY that is one hell of a list - lots of excellent ideas and suggestions to look over.
Reference the Map Editor I think it is time that they gave us a Lock Map Function for User Created Maps, some people take 20-30-40 hours and more to create a map and for another person to simply download the map and alter it to claim as their own is not good - All they need is a function where we publish the map and with a box we tick the box if we want the map locking, anyone could then download the map but it would not open in the editor for them to view or play around with - There are some clever people that use interesting combinations of items to create other things and part of the fun for them is keeping other mappers guessing how they have done something, I think if people want to share maps among themselves to work on then they should host it in a private lobby and use an unpublished map - if the author does not care about others stealing their work then they could publish it without ticking the lock map box.

I would also hope that there is a feature where if you find a map you like you have the option to click "Find other maps by this author" which would help us all.

Far Cry 2 had some excellent items available in it's editor especially the choice of wooden fences, also those concrete platforms / blocks and concrete fences were superb because they remained in view over a long distance - I hope we get more items which remain bold and also plenty of small pieces that fit together perfectly with other pieces like lego.

We need the SNAP Tool back - highlight one piece and highlight another then click a button and they snap together, if they need to be lined up better then highlight one piece and adjust slightly.

Slower movement for precision - one issue is doing close up work when an item needs to be moved the tiniest of fractions, if we could have something that slowed movement down in 4 stages 25% / 50% / 75% 100% (with 100 percent having the item barely moving at all) that would help in achieving perfection with item placement.

Where vehicles are concerned in mul;tiplayer if we get CTF Mode then we need a fast vehicle on land and water that can take minimum of 2 players - similar to the worthog in Halo or ATV from Instincts / Predator and also something like the Jetski or a Skidoo - that allows for a quick steal and escape of the flags.

    Multiplayer
I would hope for some crazy stuff where we get the wingsuit or can place a wingsuit icon into our maps but the players must not die if they crash into walls and floors at speed - Maybe have some options for specific maps where wingsuit is enabled for that specific map / level.

Jump Ramps where the player touches the ramp and is catapulted at speed into the air - have a degrees indicator to set the angle - this could make for insane MP maps - those that want the realistic type maps need not use them, however there is no need to stop others having freedom and fun.

We need some more destructible objects and more explosives (barrels should float on water and can be pushed around on land / water)

If we have high mountains and snow, we need avalanches as well. It's a must I think.

I hope they've added co-op play for the main story or at least added more co-op side stories than in FC3.

I will update the wishlist again once there are more wishes.

I'd like to see more gameplay mechanics for the hang glider:
    • The player should have the opportunity to sprint while the hang glider is still at ground level before launch. This will allow players to increase their speed as they are soaring through the air after the launch/leaving the ground.
    • If the player is diving down with the hang glider, enough momentum and then climbing up will allow players to gather enough speed to perform loops
    • Have the hang glider attached to any ground vehicle, especially to a boat that will drag the hang glider in the air
    • If the hang glider is attached to any ground vehicle, allow the player to detach from the vehicle
    • Weather system that greatly affects the hang glider. Wind, rain, snow, etc. should contribute as a major mechanic that affects gliding.
    • Smoke stacks either from the environment, outposts, objectives, etc. may interfere players who are gliding

    Weather altering the gameplay

    • The ocean waves from Assassin's Creed IV should be able to affect gameplay for players who are swimming, on a boat, etc. Ocean waves should also affect the terrain, such as flooding a beach, for example.
    • Strong weather should be able to tip over vehicles, water vehicles, and especially air vehicles such as hang gliders and helicopters
    • Like in Assassin's Creed III, walking on deep snow should slow down the player and non-playable characters
    • Driving or walking on slippery ice
    • With the weight of any ground vehicle can break the thin layer of ice, then the vehicles may submerge underwater
    • Terrain changes whether snow piling up, melting, and so on as seen in the game Tom Clancy's The Division

    Other gameplay elements:
    • Able to have snow tracks than tires for ground vehicles to allow driving on deep snow

Introduce many features from Tom Clancy's The Division's Snowdrop engine and adopt it into the Dunia engine for Far Cry 4:
    • Dynamic Global Illumination
    • Procedural Destruction
    • Advanced Particle System
    • Dynamic Material Shaders

Would be cool if you could assign different levels of access to different players to a given map. Maybe have three different levels. Level one: where you cannot view the map in the editor. Level two: you can view in the editor, but not edit the map. Level three: you view the map in the editor, edit the map and save any changes. E.g say you and some of your friends are making a map together. You check off so only you and these friends can edit the map. Maybe you want to check off so that other people in your friends list can view the map in the map editor, but not make any changes. Then check off to prevent anybody else from viewing your map in the map editor or making any changes.

FC4 need to be more like FC2. The fire in FC3 was not as good as FC2. It was not really "dynamic"...

    And for the multiplayers :

    - Be able to put animals in multiplayers maps.
    - Be able to create COOP mission in map creation by putting AI.
    - Vehicles in muliplayers
    - Better gameplay in general
    - Spliscreen is fun in FC3, so it could be nice to have it back.

    - Add the option of not having your position marked on the map. That would mean you have to look at your surroundings and navigate by comparing what you see around you to features marked on the map.
    - Different endings depending on your what you are most successful at:
killed lots of baddies- blood-lust ending
made a lot of money- wealthy come back home ending
    helping the locals- hero ending
hunting animals- game hunter ending etc
This would be great for replayability
    - Sleep: not only would it forward time to a specified hour (that was brilliant in FC2!), but also recharge energy and or health. You should be able to sleep anywhere but encouraged to chose safe places because of a real danger of being ambushed by a foe or animal

seen some great stuff in this topic...

but also would like to see in the FC4 Editor...(really hope it has one)

    - Doors (that open and close in game)
    - a timer (so you can measure walking lines)
    - bring back the indicator on usage of items (like in FC2)
    - smaller liquid squares
    - scaling items
    - a custom fly over camera (connect camera to roadtool)
