Hi Get buzzed - Support will have to help you un-link the game. Please create a ticket by clicking on the My Questions link, then Ask a Question tab here: http://support.ubi.com/
Alternatively you may call them. You can find the Support Team in your region here: http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/InternationalSupport.aspx
I have no faith in that, i rather not ask for help than wait for an eternity. Why no implement such a feature for the user? I asked a question about a code that bounced, and never got an answer. Isn't it important that a buyer get help? If i bought a game to enjoy a weekend and this backfires when the code bounces. My money down the drain. Yeah sure i can respect that it isn't that much people working in the weekend but i didn't get an answer the week after either. And what happens if i unlink the game from the account? Is the code for that game lost?
After talking to the support on the phone, they said as follows: We can't remove only one code, if you like we can remove all the games linked to the account. But i hope in future you will add a favorites lists where only games I wanna see shows. I know you probably dont want hear this but you should look at Steam or whatever. A perfect way to do it in my opinion. It isn't about the money but how i interact with the user-interface. Uplay also lists the game in a random order, its not alphabetically, or listed when they were added to the account.
Due to https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Faqs/0...-Uplay-library support shall be able to remove the game from your account.hope they will help me too, sorry to say but seems im too much of a CS player that i simply cant enjoy R6S.
I agree that we should be able to delete a game from our library at will. You can hide a game, as long as it was a paid game. I notice it won't let you delete or hide free games and trials/demos. That's kinda dumb. Actually, it's very dumb. We should have total control over our account. They may not want to deal with people "accidentally deleting games and then asking for them back. That should be a no-brainer, and I have no sympathy for somebody who does that, but there are some people who would do that and would be a PITA to the company. Can't say I agree that its a reason to punish the rest of us.
