Alright, so here's how I'm seeing the system working.
Announced Spartacus Legends and release a very interesting Trailer, from there we release the game for FREE and right there, marketing screwed up and thought to themselves "No one will download it, so we can probably throw 10 servers at it, it will be stable enough.
It's a free game, and you just exposed it to millions of people, how could you underestimate the crowd so much that your Servers can't come close to handling the release day load. I love Ubisoft but that was the amateur mistake to end all amateur mistakes. They said "The Battle Begins June 26th" I disagree, the game came out June 26th, the Battle will begin sometime next year.

I agree with everything everybody is saying outside the censorship in Australia cause well I deal not in other countries laws. Good luck getting it changed I heard they just banned State of Decay and SR4 too.
Anyhow other issues I have is the random glitches where all the sudden the game goes crazy and either locks up,disconnects and kills my gladiator or a gladiator becomes Superman and rallies from one hit from death to taking me down two bars and killing me with all critical hits. At first I thought alright damn this is fair but it happened 5 times now and I have quit the game because it seems it now costs 4 gold to bring my guys back. I think the game is rigged and they are trying to force people into buying gold. Also if this is a double XP weekend there is no way I'll ever get to level 50 outside this weekend cause this game has no replay value unless I want to again buy gold packages. Something doesn't smell right here and I'm not sure it's Ubisoft to blame. But none the less I hope you all enjoy it and these things don't start happening to you all.

honestly they shouldn't have even released this game. It's a total fail. they need to shut this game down, refund everyone's money and then work on it more.so many mistakes and no logic in this game at all. when i first started playing new generation games black ops 2 had the worst logic in all games i played. Now this game does. Also why the **** would Ubisoft allow you to revive your regular gladiator but not a legend gladiator. Especially seeing as how you either have to level up **** tons of time until you get enough gold or just buy some gold for the legend gladiator. As for the logic like what the **** ubisoft. Seriously what the **** was you doing when designing this game. A hammer would no doubt crush duel wielding daggers. Without a problem. The fighting system you could have done so much more with. Online is just ******ed as **** if you can't just invite your friends. Also why is there no tournament mode? You guys just got lazy and said "**** it, the gamers won't care. It's free." Well Ubisoft i will say this. **** you and stop attempting to make games like this unless you are going to put effort into it.
