    Trying so hard...

Im trying my best to like this game. When i first heard about Spartacus Legends being developed, i got a literal chill. I could see myself giving every waking moment building up my gladiators. Fighting online for my virtual life sounded like an awesome experience. My opinion of this game now has nothing to do with the bugs it has or the lack of content.

I was more than willing to wait those issues out. But i just got done fighting my last fight maybe for good. As ive stated in previous posts, i understand and appreciate the whole money making thing. Fine make your money, and im glad to give my share to the whole F2P movement (just as DCUO). But my last match was the straw. It didn't take just this one match mind you, this has been a trend ive noticed since day one.

Let me set the stage. Im fighting in a 3 skull lethal arena(CPU). Not too challenging of opponents, but enough to keep you honest. Im using dual daggers against a 2 hand hammer. In this instance speed kills. Im tearing him a new one. I deplete his first health bar without even getting hit. Then you know what? He proceeded to dodge or block every one of my attacks after that. He spamed until my block was depleted. Couldnt even roll out of danger.

He beats me like im standing still. And guess what... i die, and because i die i have to spend gold to get another gladiator. All part of the big plan. When a game forces you to die so you potentially have to spend real money to compensate? Thats just short of criminal. Like i said this isn't a one time thing and there has got to be MANY people noticing this trend.

Until this game changes i can't see my self paying a dime, or even playing it. Im not stupid. And i wont blindly give you money. I love the concept of this game. Please retool how it works in relation to paying money.

I won't pay a cent to a game that hasn't earned it. If you're going to make spending real money a game play mechanic, I'm not going to play your game, plain and simple. In addition, why would you even make the option available to make a 12,000 point ($200) transaction? I'm insulted that Ubisoft thinks we're that moronic.
