Definitely it? No offense, but source?

Plans for DLC usually starts months before release.

There are plenty of DLC's that are "unlocks" these days, and there is no source, I just definitely think that is the case.

Yep. Wouldn't be surprised if all the dlc were finished being developed the same time as the game. Could be that the adewale and mp dlcs are already on the disc and we're just activating it later.

Check the size of future DLC downloads - should indicate if you're downloading content or simple activation /unlock codes.

Some AC3 DLC files were very small - even for short missions.

I'm downloading the AC3 DLC right now.

The only thing that might be small enough to just be an unlock code is the DLC pack that contains the pre-order content, it was 22 MB. But even that is too large to just be an unlock code.

I didnt mean specifically for AC. And even so, so what? They could have easily made them before and decided not to put them in the game. That seems to be what they are doing with this other guy.

I don't think so, but even if they do, I quite frankly don't care.

I don't mind paying for something I enjoy.

But why do you think they would do that? There is not any indication they are planning this.

The Season pass isn't day-one DLC.

As it's $20, I imagine it includes 2 SP mission packs, a MP pack, and the pre-order bonus pack.

I'd say 22mb is Also too small to be All new single player skins weapons / multiplay characters / 2 naval missions & Mayan ruins missions 'As added content' .

Point is we shouldn't have to wait for months or pay extra for Any content that is intentionally locked on the disc we buy.

Wel if it isn't day one dlc you won't get it with the BC edition.
