Isn't it obvious, A is the 1st letter of the alphabet, C is the 3rd and R is the 18th, and 1+3+18=22 so there will be 46 threads.

I believe it's AC:R (AC divided by R) so it's 1+3=4 divided by 18, thus, 0.22222222 threads. Now if you multiply it with Ezio Auditore's numerology number (67) it's 14.874 = 15 threads.
