What do you mean "get the DLC on time"?

Was wondering that myself. I've wanted to buy DLC many times on the day of release and have never once had an issue.

It knows that you're alone and starts up porn.

It hears your SO come in, turns off the porn and pops up a warning.

It knows you like Bud Lite and as it's keeping track with the RFIDs in the beer cans and connectivity with the beer fridge and the main one up stairs, it knows you're down to your last can. It calls the local liquor store, the one you regularly use because it has access to your bank account and credit card statements, and hits their web site to order 2 more cases of Bud Lite. In checking the RFIDs in your pantry, it knows you're out of Doritoes and from the fridge, knows you're out of onion dip. After a quick inventory of both, it compiles a list of what you're low on and hits your favorite grocery stores to place orders. It times it so they show up during the next break.

As funny as that is it would make things pretty convenient on some fronts.

Just imagine trying to cancel a recurring Xbox gold membership and hearing a voice say "I'm afraid I can't do that".

    Oh, for Cripe's sake.
    Gee, you'd be waiting a whole 12 - 15 hours! (rolls eyes)
Seriously, not worth paying whatever fee you'd pay for Xbox Live.

There is no fee required. You can download DLC with a free membership.

It was a strange argument to make, considering the absolute lack of online multiplayer in Rocksmith.

I walk into my game room and say "XBOX on"
Strap on my guitar and say "play Rocksmith"
    then "play Whole Lotta Love"
    Then rock on...

    sounds pretty cool to me.
