I recently purchased Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon (Uplay Verion), and installed the Game. When I ran the Game, it says TRACKING. And it forever continues to TRack(Load)
It does not get inside the Game.
So I pressed Ctrl+Alt+DEl and opened the Task Manager, and FC3_BloodDragon.exe says "Not Responding"
Please help me. How do I get past the Tracking. It stucks there. I left for an Hour but without any luck.

Thank you,

Your computer meets the general requirements and should not be undergoing this problem. If possible, try selective start-up first and to clear your temp files in your PC. If this does not work please attempt to uninstall and reinstall the client. If you believe you have a further issue, please contact Support directly. You may find the links in my signature below.
I am having precisely the same problem.
I tried uninstalling, re-downloading and re-installing blood dragon. It made no difference. I am seeing lots of forum posts about this one across the web but no definitive solutions.
Intel Core i5 750 @ 2.67GHz
nVidia GeForce 9800 GT 1024MB
8 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 532MHz
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Help would be appreciated.
EDIT:
By no means a good solution, but I did find a work around:
1) Open Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
2) While stuck on tracking screen hit: ctrl + alt + dlt
3) Start the task manager.
4) Click on the Processes tab.
5) Highlight any instances of WmiPrvSe.exe and press End Process
For some reason terminating this process gets me to the main game screen.
Like I said this is not a permanent solution so a proper fix still would be appreciated.
I'll try that processes thing extranatural mentioned, but really need a permanent fix.
Especially as Win 10 does not have a Processes option, its all combined.
I'm running a GTX 970 with an i7 860 @ 2.8Ghz and 8GB RAM on Windows 10.
From what I have read it seems to be a problem with the game only working on DirectX 9 but our systems running Directx11.
What I can add is that I used steam to verify integrity of game cache and found 50 files failed to validate, after downloading them all (2.5GB or so) I tried again and once again infinite load screen.
So I verified again and lo and behold! 50 files failed to validate.
So launching the game corrupted the files needed to run the game.
I've tried loading offline and online, no go.
It may be related to the fact that since installing the latest updates Steam thinks its the first time I have played the game (Again!) even though I have actually played many hours before it stopped working and have a save that must be 12 hours or so in. On that note, can't even open the steam overlay to get rid of the pointless key number box when stuck on that screen, also alt-tab ruins everything.
