Well the guerrilla mode seems to be working on mine again but im still waiting for the fix for multiplayer and i believe most other are too. To be honest i was thinking about pre-ordering the new Splinter Cell but seeing how the company works i wont bother doing so ill rather buy something thats worth the money.

No i didnt see it downloading any fixes it just worked now.

Just stop Ubisoft. This is something you can't patch your way out of. The PC release of this is an absolute failure. For every one thing you fix, you break two others. Every new you feature you add is buggy and breaks (an) existing feature(s).

My game is working again, i uninstalled the game, and than install it again and download all the patches again.
Now it's working fine again so i am happy

i was playing with some friends like 20 hours ago and after the download, i got this "You will have to install previous game version before installing this version."

Help me pls..

Which in-game version number do you have on the main menu?
