i make this topic for new players @DoC.

Right now im doing the 3rd step of a little experiment on my stream. After i have already reached 1k Elo with 2 new accounts without money (Haven and Inferno - both Level 9) i try it now with a necro-deck.

So if you are new at the game and having some problems to climb the ladder, maybe its interesting for you. The stream is commented (english) and if you have some questions for your deckbuilding or anything else, there are a lot of people in the chat who can help you

Currently, with all the people who forfeit their games to lower their ELO, reaching ELO 1000 at low level is hardly an accomplishment - it's more like an inevitability.
I started with Necropolis, and once I got my 30 wins I immediately switched to Haven. I find it hard not to increase my ELO, because 25 - 33% of matches are immediately forfeited by the other player.
I got my 30 wins with Haven, and I have switched to a crap Stronghold deck and I find it hard to lower my ELO!
I'm creeping towards 1000 ELO barrier, and I'm only level 10 and don;t WANT to go up in ELO, but I haven't forfeited a game yet, partially by principle and partially as an experiment.

You could technically hit 1k elo with a starter deck with luck. If you are wanting to keep your stream challenge an actual challenge, then aim for 1501.

We did the same Lorindil and I with a special account for MomCards community.

I don't recommend to new player to do that, because reach 1000 elo is "easy" (we are skilled player), but after ?
You have to play against decks with better cards than you..... so you will win 1 game on 3 if you are lucky....

If you are a new player, take your time to reach 1000 elo, this should not be your main goal.

50k Gold achievement is saying something else. x)

50k gold = only 2 Emilio's pack and 4 pack 12.500 it can be an objectif but i think you have to be patient in this game.

If you are in a hurry you could be very disappointed.
