If setting your sound card to a lesser number of channels - didn't work - I am sorry but you will have to wait on support to get back to you.Originally Posted by Lt.Havoc1983 Go to original post
Hopefully they should contact your shorty - and if it's not something that can be fixed at your end, it will be forwarded to the team for investigation and fixing.
OK just a thought - sorry if it wasted your time.Originally Posted by Lt.Havoc1983 Go to original post
I can only suggest waiting on Support and see what they suggest next - if they can't fix it - the team will look into a solution, should it be a game issue and not a local driver /setup one![]()
I have forwarded concerns about the issue to the team - so they will be aware - however support play a vital role in troubleshooting and helping find the source of the problem and they help with figures of numbers affected etc.Originally Posted by Lt.Havoc1983 Go to original post
I can only ask you to wait - even if support can't supply an instant fix, your report does help.
Okay I managed to solve the sound issue myself, it seems that it was a thing of multiple settings being wrong in my soundcard, the sound works now, even if its kind of silent and I have to crank up my headphones. I still think the game should support 5.1 sorround sound and that this should be patched. Interestingly, I solved this issue after reading what some other user did to get his sound working.
how do i open a ticket?
