    How to download a game from "My Games" list

    How can I download a games from "My Games" list? I found no download link, neither they appear in Uplay Client.

    What's wrong?! I bought the games and I want to just play, not to Google around for the way to download and play my owned games!

    You may want to try un-installing and re-installing Uplay PC by downloading the latest version from Uplay.com. http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/lau...yInstaller.exe If this doesn’t help, please create a ticket to Support by clicking on the My Questions link, then Ask a Question tab here: http://support.ubi.com/

    Alternatively you may call them. You can find the Support Team in your region here: http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/InternationalSupport.aspx

    lmao im having the same probs for a week now.. and all i get is a copy paste answer a few days after the supp ticket is put in... no help whats so ever... so tempted to just get the game from piratebay and put in the cd code i got emailed from ubi....
    never again i tell you.

    If you are experiencing any issues regarding downloading games through your Uplay client, make sure you are logged into the proper account. If you are continuing to have these problems feel free to PM the ticket number so I can have this issued looked into further.
