    STEAM version is totally broken.

    1. The steam version of Heroes VI is totally broken. You can't start any of the campaigns, and it claims you haven't purchased the core game even when you have.

    2. The Deluxe version gives you 2 CD-keys ... there's no place to enter the second key to get credit for your bonus content. Totally broken.

    3. If you've ordered on Steam, I highly suggest you file a support ticket as soon as possible. I doubt Ubisoft will respond to this thread or do anything about this broken misleading product. If every Steam user files a support claim, we may be able to get this game removed from the Steam servers so no one else will be scammed.

    I find it hilarious how Ubisoft pushes these in-game microtransactions at you too. You can't even give customers what they originally paid for, and you expect us to give you one single dime extra?

    I will not even consider one piece of DLC or expansion until you people fix this HATE CRIME of a game you've released. I encourage you to look at the Steam forums and see how many angry users you've got: http://steamcommunity.com/app/48220/discussions/

    I gotta give you guys credit though... you managed to make a digital distribution service (Uplay) that's actually *WORSE* than Origin. Achievement unlocked. I hope you guys feel real proud for having the WORST service in the gaming community. Even worse than Origin... that's saying something.

    I ordered on Steam, the game works.

    The only issue I have is that I don't have access to the original maps in custom mode, and there are no voice-overs, period.

    The campaigns work just fine.

    Unfortunately, the base campaign does not work for me either. Seems there are a ton of different issues going on here.

    My game is at version 2.1.0 and I still have the same problem. Bought the game (deluxe) on the steam sale, installed it, linked the key to my uplay account and started it from there. I can see the main menu, but if I want to start a campaign everything is locked - all I can see is a map of the Holy Falcon Empire with a button with crossed swords and "Name Of Episode", in smaller letters below that "Episode short descriptionxxxgxxxg". Would read funny if it were funny how majorly QA screwed up this one. So basically I paided 12€ for a nice cinematic intro - and a lot of effort researching about this problem and how to (not) fix it.
    If I try to unlock the "Might & Magic Heroes VI" campain in the Downloadable Content tab and use the key steam provides (like I did when attaching the game to my uplay account) it says this key has already been activated - yeah, it has, by MY account! Side note: Please join the club of semi-decent software developing and allow copy/pasting into ingame input boxes, having to type keys like that is annoying.

    By the way, given that ubisoft seems to be very concerned with piracy: What exactly is my advantage as a paying customer compared to someone who pirates your products? I can see two so far: I had the fun of wasting an hour with this issue and I can probably use my weekend more productive, since I assume there won't be any solution to this issue until at least monday.

    Any ETA on the fix for this one?

    New purchase of Standard, Gold, Deluxe Editions- we are aware of a menu issue and are working to correct this.
    Btw. "A menu issue" is a nice wording for "We didn't deliver the product you paid for. At all."

    Edit:
    Just a thought, but how about some compensation for this mess? I'd settle for one of the DLCs ... assuming that the whole thing is getting resolved anytime soon.

    This is good, specially that they are not saying anything in details yet, only admitting there is an issue now. and this is not a simple issue for example: not being able to play one map, but we are totally locked and unable to play the game at all
