I would love to raise a ticket regarding this current issue, however the webpage for raising support tickets does not allow you to select PC as the platform. I have tried this with Chrome and IE9, both without success.
Is this indicative of the technical quality of UBI products that even the support ticket system is broken?
Not impressed, and as things stand I'm unlikely to purchase any more UBISOFT products.
i just finished the single player mode. it was good fun. thanks for this one. co-op is great fun aswell...when it works. but these outageges are going to be embarrassing for the company. i'm not complaining as soon as something doesnt work. if it happens once or maybe twice...or if a outage of the servers happens for 3-4 hours. but this one ist huge s**t. and...please inform the ppl at least about whats giong on. somebody at the company reading this?
Oh nooooo... it's gummed up again for me too (califronia). Played several games yesterday, but just tried it today and no luck.
I'll update my bug/ticket again and be sure to note where I'm from, but from anecdotal reports in this thread, looks non-region specific?
Are there people that actually can play coop right a now? I do wish ubi dev/support teams shared more info with us about the nature of the problem, even if there's nothing we as gamer's can do about it on our end. Like can anybody play? What regions are affected? What, in some degree of detail that's still accessible to a layman, is the root cause of the problem? There may not be anything we can do about it, but I think i'm not the only one that's curious as to what's going on.
