    The mountains in pic 3 and 4 look much better than in pics 1 and 2. Is it the same mountain?

    Hey sab yes the mountain in the first 2 pics is just a rush job for the pics, i will make it more realistic like the other one eventually.

    Thx the theme is a modern day war in russia in the depths of the winter, a power station has come under attack many times, so the russians have a heavy military presence in the station.

    the map has that call of duty feeling, ive made a blast hole through the wall and ive got a tank going over the rubble through the hole, it's coming along better than i thought.

    Yes you can just raise the terrain up and sort of trim the edges with erosion and smooth tool, and you can cut the bottom out of with hole tool, its been done before by other mappers.
