    Ubisoft customer service sucks! Game constantly refuses to load beyond

    the ****ING GOD DAMMED MENU SCREEN. ONE OR TWO TIMES A WEEK THE GAME MAY LOAD BUT 99% OF THE TIME THE ****ING PIECE OF **** WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN THE MENU SCREEN WHERE THE ONLY SELECTABLE OPTION IS "EXIT THE GAME".

    **** YOU UBISOFT! I WANT MY GOD****ED MONEY BACK. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND FOLLOW-UP IS AWFUL. I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT AGAIN.

    THIS IS TRULY A ****ED GAME. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO ****ING FRUSTRATED IN MY LIFE WITH THIS ****ING PIECE OF **** GAME.

    Its not even support guys. You are just getting few automated responses at the beginning and after that it stops responding to you.
    But there is no support whatsoever. They know the issues but they simply don't want to fix them.
    Good luck dealing with automated responses.

    Hi, please ensure you reply to all Technical Support's emails and update the same ticket to let them know you still have this issue.
