    Why even bother anymore.

1 week. 1 week is all i'm giving these slow developers to fix this game for custom maps searching before i sell it. Seriously, why is their even a map editor in this game. Its not like i'm ever going to see my map played anyways. honestly could care less this game has a editing feature at all, only thing that would change is i'd have like 15 hours of my life back.

I've already stopped map making, haven't even opened the editor in almost a month.
I'm just waiting around the forums for any kind of good news, but it's looking more bleak each day. Especially when a dev himself says:

...and then they didn't even "deliver". Not sure why they took away his permission to inform us on what's going on, probably because it's bad and will just enrage us more. Why delay good news when FC3 dies more and more each day? They're not going to magically make everyone come back if they actually improve the game, for many it's too late now. Why wait so long? We loose player numbers daily.

Said this same thing in another topic.

It's not bad at all, it's a big organization and we have to be in sync with public statements. That's all.

Whether or not you as an individual are going to like the changes; that's subjective.
(Since the changes don't have anything to do with vehicles, some people will be disappointed because of that for example.)

    Hi Vextor
Good to see you still visit mate

Do the devs know how dead MP online has become? When i log in now (xbox), it normally has 30-350 players playing. Ive been seeing the ammount of players dwindling each week since i bought the game!
If there is some news, please consider sharing it, and fast...because i fear by the time the news/update is released, it will only fall on deaf ears!
Im not blaming yourself or any mods for lack of info (this is obviously due to "upstairs"), but c'mon...were hanging on a limb here!

We have access to all sorts of metrics. We can see online concurrency.

Regarding the release of the info: It will come out when it comes out. I honestly thought that would be sooner, but it is what it is.

Is that the reason for the announcement delay, or could it be that Ubisoft ran into some sort of bug or snag that would require a much more lengthy period?

The reason I ask is that with past releases, we've had to wait months for updates or patches to come out.

I think the editor was meant to be as fun for you in the editor as it was meant to be fun to share your creations. For example my map stakked_retribution I have sometimes set up scenarios with npcs and weps placed in the map. It can be interesting if there are a variety and enough enemies. Give it a whirl. Also add a ton of players on uplay whom you think will test your map after you test theirs. This generates plays and possible likes for your map.

I want to make more maps, I really do. I probably wont sell it because I know I'll have to scratch that map making itch sooner or later but i'm not going to be playing it or making maps anytime soon if changes aren't made. This is getting ridiculous.

So you need to be in sync to make a statement... but nobody has to be in sync when designing the game? i.e. complete differences in editor/mulitplayer.

Well it should be entertaining to see you guys come to an agreement on how you want to say something, meanwhile the game you are all talking about fixing is still broken and the entire player base is gone. Pretty hilarious how many people and hours it takes to agree on how to tell the few hundred people still playing this game they might fix something.

    This company is a joke.
