Okay something odd. I made it all the way to what looked like the end of the script movie in the start. It has to be something other than my graphic's. Is there a patch for the game?

Yes, there is a patch available. v1.2. It should have loaded when you started the Uplay. It's supposed to do it automatically

See thats the odd part. I dont think it did. I am using the DVD not the internet download. Could that be why I am having so much trouble?

Now after downloading I am getting cannot be installed with this version.. Oh this is getting crazy.

Well, if all else fails, I would suggest you try Ubisoft Support

You may want to try installing patch version 1.1
then do version 1.2

The 1.1 version can be downloaded here.

I believe once you have the game all patched upped the game will still be slow or not work at all because of your graphic card. SH5 is a very demanding graphic game.

I wanted to thank you guys for all the info... If it doesnt work then whenever I get home to get my other laptop... I will try it on there. I know it should work on it. I had a computer guy break into it and upgraded just about all you can for a year ago.

But like I said I am going to give these patches a try... Hopefully I will be underway. Thanks
