    Ubi responce

    Dear Ubisoft.

    Do you have any plans on addressing the issue of hacking the content of this game?
    Are you aware that daily less people play because of this issue?
    Do you care to have repeat business from others who have made the mistake of buying this game?
    Word of mouth travels very fast, hence why I see you offer the game to others for a $10 deduction.
    This is an egregious disappointment!

    I have just list three very specific problems with Far Cry 3.
    You said, " notify any eventual issue".
    This is not an eventuality, this is now.
    If that is your response to patronize a customer then I have my answer for the specific question #3.
    I would like to talk to your senior, that being an Ubi staff member.

    You do realize that we are all just members here, in this user community forum. That we are not ubisoft employees and/or staff members. This is not an official support site.

    Right?

    Also, he was trying to help, by asking if you had any specific problem you needed help with.

    We are all just trying to work together to make this a better game.

    Hi,

    I'm a Ubisoft employee, and all issues should be reported to Support, just as was suggested above.

    Sorry you're having this probloem, and Support should be able to either help you or put in a request for a fix.
