    I don't know how it is where the rest you fine people are but I'm at my desk, at work, in Albany NY and ist MINUS 3 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!! And that's standing in the sunshine with the wind calm. When the wind blows its around -15!!!! Ohhh I'm a dyin'. What good is it to lose weight only to have to dress like the choclate "Sta Puff" Marshmallow man to keep from winding up a frozen fudgicle on the sidewalk!!!!????

    Embroiaglio!!!!! Dese are the conditions that prevail!!!!

    Ouch that is cold dude! here in Geneva it's exactly 32 (0 Celcius) but we got a wind that brings it down to 25 but that is nothing like you folks have over there . When you get up into the mountains as I do for snowshoeing or x-country skiing it gets a lot colder though. I feel like a stay-puft man too...gotta go on lunch break now and do some errands outside wish me luck.

    Yes the weather is a bit nippy around these parts of the woods as of lately although it's a balmy 13 degrees today without the wind chill. Woofie & Lucey are pretty much running outside doing their thing and a quick run back to their warm beds instead of checkout what is going on in the yard. LoL

    Good weather to sit back and turn on some good tunes with a bottle of wine and warm up a little chasing the wife or having her chase me around the house for a few laps.

    You probably already know this Worf but I'd recommend a coat full of goose down...kept me warm when I lived in Chicago and -5F was a daily occurence in winter. That and long underwear and thermal socks. And thick shoes.

    I'm in Florida at the moment, only about 70F here, very nice. Hopefully we don't get any cold air from up north blowing down here.

    Congrats on the kid Heliopause!

    Bastard... That jacket I'm wearing is a Pre-War Irvin Shearling jacket. It was made by the Aero Company in Scotland. I'm plenty warm in that jacket but it doesn't cover... what a man needs covered in -13 wind chill if you git what I'm sayin'. Heleopause that is possibly the prettiest babe I've seen in years. Congrats Dad and Congrats to you and the beautiful mom!!! Woof you ole hound... Good to see you and I hope everyone stays warm including our fave Marine.

    What the hell is wrong with you,Worf? You're a north american, ain't you supposed to be used to flooding, freezing, broiling, running from tornado's, etc? The Irvine jacket is cool but for that Practical-man-around-Albany-look how about a set of these;

    Albeit in a slightly more...er....generous size for the more mature man? It's really the kind of weather to stay indoors and keep out of the wife's way by getting to grips with Rise of Flight!

    @Helio; very many congratulations and I hope Mum and your beautiful boy are doing very well.
