Calm down and stop throwing a tantrum like a kid, if you mean at the very beginning when Dennis tells you to access the menu and specifically to select the Takedown skill, then do what he told you to do, then pick one of the others, calm down and read the in-game manual in the pause menu instead of throwing a paddy over the Internet.
That and this is the new norm, no instruction manual and a tutorial section. You can't really be mad at it though it saves money for the developer and publisher because they don't have to print a manual, and it is better for the player too. Think back to some older games like the original x-com, if you didn't have the instruction manual could you figure even how to play it or what you were supposed to do. I'm just glad for Far Cry it's more subtle after the first out post and let's you the player learn as you want to.
