I think this is one of best / worst (dents on point of view) top deck ever. This prove then even best players can’t win against top deck God :-).

So I'm just playing my Ishuma to do some Sanctuary daily since I prefer to not play necro unless it doubles up a daily when I run into this...

    Hero (4/5/3)
    1x Sandor

    Events (8)
    4x Week of Knowledge
    1x Conscription Day
3x Night of the Rising Moon

    Creatures (20)
    4x Goblin Scout
    1x Moon Phoenix
    4x Bramble Beast
    4x Void Wraith
    4x Lesser Light Elemental
    3x Blackskull Shredder

    Spells (22)
    3x Inner Fire
    3x Cursed Bound
    4x Insect Swarm
    4x Stone Shield
    4x Mass Rage
    4x Arkath's Wrath

    Fortunes (11)
    2x Revised Tactics
    3x Campfire
    2x Broken Bridge
    2x Golden Horseshoe
    2x Magic Deal

    Buildings (2)
    2x War Tent

Ok, you're all saying that's a pretty standard Sandor type of thing. I get a solid start, dropping 2x shark warrior, and following up with a Lake Spirit on turn 2, the next few turns are sort of scrambly for him, doesn't drop MR right away, works on dealing with the lake spirit, on his tun 6 he bridges the lake spirit and hits me with the Insect Swarm, but he's a little slow moving to magic 5, so I mostly just refill and drop the lake spirit again.

Oh, did I mention that along the way he's insulting me with the usual 'noob' and 'idiot' and 'lucker' stuff that people occasionally do? Well he is, but I'm just happily ignoring it since it amuses me, and engaging those people isn't worth the effort, usually...

Oh did I also mention that he used revised tactics to take out at least one Magic Deal? Might have actually taken out both, I only saw the one along with some creature.

Oh did you also realize that Ishuma is a water hero? I mean, yeah, who's playing random Focused Minds anyway, but honestly, why else are you playing Magic Deal other than to keep one around incase someone is playing it?

Well anyway, none of that is the real funny moment, it's just some back ground, so that a guy who's insulting me throughout the match, and is playing one of those stupid MR decks, is also playing it incredibly badly. You want proof?

Around turn 8 or 9 I have him down to ~7HPs, he's burned 3 stone shields, used up quite a few creatures as blockers, and only pushed me down to around 10. I do have my Focused Mind up, and I'm sitting there waiting for the Magic Deal he must have had in his hand since he burned one (at least) with revised tactics. It's not coming, but he must have a wrath in hand.

I have a board that will be completely wiped by wrath too, so it has to be coming. Well it is. But do you know what he does before he plays the wrath? Take a guess...

    Spoiler:  Show
He bridges my Lake Spirit, then plays the Wrath

At that point... well, I have to say something right? I mean, literally, that was the dumbest thing I have ever seen in a duel against me, and that includes any duels against completely new players who just don't know what they are doing. This guy was ~1500elo.

So really, I had some fun with him at that point, I don't know if he even realized what he had done, but the game was still in question, Shredders, war tens, inner fire, more than capeable of still winning. I'm a bit low on creatures in hand anyway, and he can wrath again, but we're kind of chripping at each other, so his next move is this...

    Spoiler:  Show
Drop a war tent in front of my Lake Spirit, play a shredder to kill it, then... WRATH AGAIN

Words utterly fail at that point do they not? Beyond which he could have just hit to face with the Shredder and put me at 3 or 4, leaving him easy range to do it again since I would not have had lethal that next turn anyway. And, if he had that extra bridge he could have used it to clear lanes for shredders like all good Sandor players do.

Well anyway, just had to share, because it was so funny for a guy playing what I consider a really annoying deck, to play it so badly, and on top, to be running his mouth at me the entire game up until he loses. Heh, sometimes I guess it's worth playing out vs. MR crud

Funny moment today playing weekly - "use spells from any spell school". Played 8 games in jackpot, only met 2 players using ANY spells. I was playing std kelthor deck plus 3 dispels, won 6- lost 2. Wizards eh?
